Hi
PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

Rufus or AnyBurn should make a bootable USB.

The BIOS is up-to-date and the HDD set as GPT/Secure Boot?

Thanks for replying

Well i tried everything you mentioned. No matter what i do what i try what ever windows i use in usb changed hard disk 3 times used a preloaded windows hard drive but still no response it changes to windows logo from hp logo but remains same and then after 2 hours gives a message your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart.

I even opened laptop removed and cleaned board changed ram cmos dissassembled cpu and reinstalled still no hint whats going on.

I get all options on first screen shows all usb i connect even i selected windows 10 64 bit and clicked enter but it goes back again into that windows loop or hp loop when i restart.

Horrible.
