Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this sounds like operating system issue and by reinstalling the windows this issue can be resolved.

  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • What is the operating system?
  • What happens when you start the computer?
  • Are you able to select the boot image?

 Keep me posted for further assistance.
