Hello @Amz11

Welcome !

REASONS -> You get this 3F0 message because either of these:

  1. Computer's  BIOS/UEFI  is not configured correctly and it tries to boot from a device (not standard HDD/SSD) that has no bootable stuff on it (e.g. empty USB pen drive)
  2. There is no HDD/SSD/storage drive present in the PC
  3. A HDD/SSD is present but corrupted (or some connector is not working)
  4. Operating system (e.g. Windows) is corrupt / unbootable

To begin with -> please, perform some basic hardware checks

1. Please, shutdown the computer using the power button

2. Power it on.

2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).

This should open a HP Startup Menu

3. Choose F2 to open System Diagnostics (or the respective F option to run diagnostics).

Follow the on-screen instructions to perform System Test >> Quick test.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA

If there are no system checks/no quick tests, perform Run in test

or HDD (hard disk drive) and RAM (memory) check.

Let me know the test results.

Thank you for your update, @Amz11

By the way, as a frequent contibutor to the Community, HP gave me this PC to use for testing purpose for about year and I can only say it was a great device, so congratulations about your choice.

The storage (eMMC) drive on your PC is in good condition.

If you haven't performed any changes on your BIOS/UEFI, your Windows 10 has probably updated (has probably tried to update) and has failed... You will need to reinstall your operating system [Windows 10]. Please, follow the attached instructions in the PDF below

Let me know how it goes.
