 my system does not turn on, the message "unable to obtain confirmation of the electronic signature" is displayed

You need a WinPE Boot stick
Here you create a folder AHCI
Download that particular driver and extract the driver to that folder incl. the *inf
Boot the USB-Stick
in command prompt type

cd /d C:\Windows\system32
pnputil -i -a X:\AHCI\*inf

it takes 3 seconds and your driver is reinstalled
