Hey, im not having problems at the time, but i already had some with my laptop, like crashing while gaming, and, when that happens the only solution is restart the laptop on the power button. I though the problem was from the laptop and i took it to fix 2 times. Both of them didn t helped. The problem is not from your laptop but from your windows 10. Recently, they released an update, windows 1009 i think, but look for this update: KB4541335. If you have it, unninstall it and the problem will be solved. At least my laptop is now working fine, just having less fps and i dont know why xD. Hopefully i helped you.

@Riteck001 Thanks for sharing your concern with the HP Community,
here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Which game is it? Did you check if the issue occurs on more than one game?
Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!
