The code you received, Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure, means that the hard drive is in danger of failing very soon.

If you can still get into windows, back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.

Then replace the hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.
