Hp pen no functioning.

Hp pen do not work on my Hp Envy x360, I mean my laptop can detect it, but I cannot click anything using the hp pen. The touchscreen is okay, it work with my finger, but not with the Hp pen. Please help...

I see that there is no pen support listed for your computer. However, I recommend you contact support and check once.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

What can I do with my hp pen? My laptop can detect it but just cannot use it for clicking or select anything. It does not work with my laptop, I just can only use the button on the pen but the touch screen function only my hand and does not work with the pen..
