Tell me how i can Install Windows 10 on my laptop HP Probook 655g1; [Personal Information Removed], if there is a password when entering the BIOS, and Usb and CD-ROM are missing in the boot options F10.
The pre installed system doesn't load, is damaged.

Those boot options are missing because modern laptops have Secure Boot enabled by default and with that turned on, all you will see to boot from is the internal drive.
You have to go into the UEFI settings to change that, but if there is a password preventing that, you are out of luck -- as there is no way to retrieve or to remove that password with any conventional means.
