I have for got my administration password when power on a blue screen says administration password 3 times disabled code is [2FOB23DE} 

Pops up how can I reset the hp labtop ss# Editedproduct #9EMS5uA#ABA , ms clark23# pin was Edited I've been in hospital and having test done I guess I didn't write it down if I changed it can you please help me I think email was TMC7566**bleep** , if you can email back at Edited and help me I pd alot of money for it about a lil over a year ago thank you so much I think it might have got hacked my identity has been stolen and I was going to reset it and now I can't , can you please help me I'm put in bed on oxygen all the time I need something to do.
