Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP community,

I am having issues with my laptop after i had fully reinstalled windows on my device. Whenever i try to right click on my desktop background it just shows a blue circle. I have tried a lot of things but other than one thing, whenever i go to regedit to find the directory and background folder i cant see it anywhere in the regedit. I have nvidia drivers with windows 10 and a core i7 please help!
