Good morning,

I have a problem with hp sparekey on my Spectre x360.

The computer has been repaired by hp recently and I’m sure, before of that, I set up sparekey only with password and 3 recovery questions.
But now it asks for a USB recovery key,  which I didn’t setup.

If I set up now a bios password or power on password and I forget one of them, without hp sparekey, will I be locked out of my computer?

 Can hp sparekey be reset without the USB drive?
