I just baught a second hand hp stream 11 laptop and I’m looking to do a factory reset, the laptop is only 2gb of storage and I can’t complete a reset as it says additional storage space required, I’ve already deleted everything I can any help or quick soloutions

You must be reading the information incorrectly as Stream laptops come with 32GB of storage, not 2GB. You're probably reading the amount of free space, not total storage.
You also generally can not do a built-in reset on a Stream as they do not have enough available storage to do that.
Your better bet, since the PC is already runnijng Win10, would be to install a fresh copy of Win10, as follows:
1) Use this link to download and create Win10 install media: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
2) Boot your PC from that media. This will start the Win10 installer.
3) When done, you will be booted into Setup to initialize your Win10 setup.
