Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't used my hp stream and I've forgotten the administrator password and after failing 3 times to enter I got a system disabled with halt code i 76635611 I could really use some help here plz

Okay that worked thank you, but now it loads to a black screen and says product info is not valid hit continue for startup and goes to boot device not found please install operating system on your hard disk hard disk (3fo)

Mark my post as SOLUTION.

 

Power-on and start tapping the "esc" key.

 

Run the Diags/tests on your Hard Drive.

 

Start a new post here with the results of the tests.
