Anytime, Walter.
If you have other functions not working, perhaps you should install the W8.1 driver pack.
That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
The Intel Chipset, Graphics, Camera and Audio driver pack provides drivers to support the hardware installed on systems with Intel processors. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your tablet?
The product number can usually be found on the same label as the serial number.
You need this driver for the PCI E/D controller...
This package provides the Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface (TXE) Driver for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface enables the Secure Boot and provides services required for platform security features such as Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PPT).

You're very welcome, Walter.
I explored the W8.1 chipset driver package on your tablet's support page.
The PCI E/D controller driver you need is included in that file.
Because the package has many other drivers, and your tablet is working except for the PCI E/D Controller, I don't think it would be prudent to run the whole package.
So what I have done is to zip up and attach just the driver file you need for that one device, below.
You will have to manually install this file as follows...
Download and unzip the file into its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager and click on the PCI E/D controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the tablet.
