One worked fine next day turned on and laptop wouldn't boot up normal, and black screen said to install windows 10... I didn't receive a windows 10 disk with the laptop... So need fix for this

Hi:

 

With another Windows PC, you can make a bootable W10 installer using the media creation tool and reinstall W10 for free.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

Since the W10 product key is in the BIOS you don't need it to reinstall W10.

 

After the installation is complete, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
