HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK PC

HY. I own an HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK PC.I have been using this system for about 5 years now. I replaced the battery last year and since then there have been issues regarding the same. Right now, the issue is: The info panel shows 'Battery undetected'.

But the LED indicator shows white-implying full charge and the battery settings shows a 100%. But soon as I unplug the charger, the system shuts down.

Can I get a solution or feedback on the problem immediately?

Was the new battery a genuine HP battery?  Asking because third-party batteries, while cheaper, generally do not last very long and often don't hold a charge well -- you get what you pay for.

Yes. I went to an authentic dedicated HP service center and replaced my battery.
