Product: HP Notebook - 14-df0023cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have come across an issue with an HP laptop where when I am in bios and move to the system configuration screen I end up getting the message Hyper-threading: Mismatch value is 3 and that there is a option value mismatch with an option value. I ended up searching online for a potential fix and found that there was a bios update that was supposed to fix the problem. I tried the bios update and the problem continues to occur.I attempted a clear of the CMOS to see if that was an issue and the problem still has not gone away. Even when I have intentionally turned off Hyper-threading in the bios the message still pops up and I still have issues. As far as I am aware there is no fix for this problem and need some assistance.
Below is a link to another thread with another person having a similar issue. If someone could please take a look and see if there is anything that can be done.
