Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings, using my Android Phone to ask this question I don't think it matters what the OS is or what the previous question was about. I can't read the full info some of the Community writes me because they said I sent you the rest in a Private Message & when I just  asked HP website where can I find my Private Message up top where it says it should be it's not there. Anybody know a simple way for me to find my Private Messages from unknown members of the Community?

Can you see an envelope icon which sits next to a bell. When getting a red number that mean you have new message(s).
