Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1057nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased my OMEN by HP 15-dc1057nr with windows 10.

my brother format it. I tried to install windows 10 on it but i failed.

the windows setup can't find any hard disk and give me a message says "windows cannot be installed to this disk. this computer's hardware may not support booting to disk. ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's Bios"

I tried everything like (I am using USB to install windows)

1- updated Bios to last version

2- put another SSD hard

3- trying SSD drivers

4- trying many copy's of windows

5- trying install image for win 10 by ghost

Hi:

 

Make a bootable USB recovery drive with the cloud recovery tool and see if that works.
