The only suggestion I can offer would be to read this info from Microsoft:

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that doesn't help, you will need to reinstall Windows on the encrypted drive and during the installation process, you will have to run the Diskpart utility to clean the disk so you can continue to install Windows.

 

All data on the drive is encrypted and is forever lost without having the BitLocker recovery key.
