Sorry for the bad news, but you will be unable restore your PC from HP media anymore.
Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 PCs some time ago and now, does not even issue security updates. Any Windows 7 PC that does not have third-party Antivirus software installed but is connected to the Internet risks infection with malware withing minutes of connecting. It's a really bad idea to continue to use Windows 7 these days.
Both HP and the third-party HP Recovery Media vendors have subsequently stopped carrying HP Windows 7 Recovery Media -- so there's no place now you can get this media to restore your PC.
