Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-r000na (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've tried to factory reset my laptop but it failed then I'm stuck on boot screen then for short while boot then blue screen then just on boot I've tried everything including tried to recover bios
