Hp EliteBook Folio G1, I was trying to reset my computer and deleted everything on it and now, I have a blank screen. I don't have the proper tools to correct the problem and need help. Wondering if HP and correct the problem from their system.

Don't worry. Just take a 16 or 32gb pen drive and create a bootable windows on it from Microsoft itself. Then plug it in your system and try to fresh boot from there. After installing windows, connect your system with internet. Windows will get activated automatically. download drivers from hp.

If you used F11 or the HP Recovery Manager to do a Factory Reset -- that SHOULD have worked. SInce it apparently did NOT, before you try to reinstall Windows, I suggest you check your hard drive for errors, as that is most often the reason that resets fail.
If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
