Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am Unable to Activate Fingerprint unlock in this Laptop as I is showing Error (Something went wrong close windows hello, and then try again by doing setup) please help me in finding some solution

Did you actually buy FingerPrint reader option ? Otherwise you need following part

 

            Fingerprint reader board (includes bracket and cable) part # 730956-001

 

and install to your machine. The following manual shows you how
