Product: HP 470 G9 17 inch Notebook PC (4Z7D3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having absolutely no joy in contacting HP support to get my laptop repaired - it is under a 3 year care plan

I have tried the phone number for the commercial team 0207 660 3858.

I have tried the online chat - no response at all

I have tried Whatsapp who told me to call the above number

Why do we pay for support when no one answers
