I am having "preparing automatic repair" being looped. Everytime I restart the system I get blue screen and the preparing automatic repair but then it keeps running in a loop. I ran all the diagnosis of system and there are no failures. Please help me repair my system without formatting it.

I understand that you are facing preparing automatic repair issue.

 

Please perform the below steps and let us know.

 

Steps to perform h/w tests on Windows 10: 

 

Hard Drive test 
 

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to Component test.  

5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.  

 

Memory test  

 

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to Component test.  

5) From the list, run the Memory (extensive) test.
