HP Recommended

I am not able to make any changes to uac prompt settings as i try to update windows or troubleshooting it asks me a admin password and username which there is no option to type it and there is no option for yes. When i check settings also am not able to move forward as this problem persists. I buy this laptop from a local store but not able to make any changes.
