Hi @KunjiKicha,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you're unable to change the User Account Control (UAC) settings on your Windows 10 PC because the "Yes" option is not available. I'll be glad to help.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • What is the exact HP computer model or product number?
  • Are you signed in using an Administrator account or a Standard user account?
  • When you try to change the UAC settings, what do you see instead of the "Yes" button? Please share the exact message if there is one.
  • Is the "Yes" button missing, greyed out, or are you only seeing a "No" option?
  • Did this issue start after a recent Windows update, software installation, or any other system changes?
  • Is this a personal computer or one managed by your workplace or organization?
  • If possible, could you share a screenshot of the UAC prompt or the screen where you're experiencing the issue?

These details will help us determine whether the issue is related to Windows account permissions, security settings, or another system configuration, so we can guide you with the appropriate next steps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
