Product: Windows Home

An evil person had my computer an is now the administrator of my computer.  He installed some bogus O.S. Called Windows 10 Home?  
I can not do anything because windows security will not allow me to open any files.  I want to simply completely purge my computer.

Windows 10 Home is NOT a bogus OS -- in fact, it's the OS that most OEM consumer PCs today come with preinstalled.

 

So, what is it you think the PC should be running?
