Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

I am not using Window 11 anymore. Is there any chance for me to get a refund on my Windows License. I brought this laptop 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, refunds for Windows licenses are typically managed by Microsoft and its policies regarding software licenses.
