Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to add new software to my laptop and I have the software. I am unable to add it as I do not know the Administrator password....I am the sole Administrator for this laptop.

The "technical" answer is NO -- as there is a "hidden" Admin account -- but that is disabled until you specifically enable it.

 

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
