Product: hp mini 311-1037nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I am trying to factory reset an hp mini that I purchased at a yard sale. I cannot login windows. When I try to access the F11 menu from BIOS windows restarts normally. The laptop is running Windows 7(32 bit). Can anyone out there tell me... 1. a list of what is needed on the usb drive that would be used to reset 2. where do i get the files 3. how do i complete this task I am familiar with how to preform a standard reset using windows recovery. so its not that i havent tried absolutely everything else imaginable to fix the problem. Please anyone with knowledge of how to accomplish this task properly, I NEED HELP
