Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i cannot install windows11 home on this l;aptop because i am missing a file . the pc won't install it . It only let me goto boot menu and diagonise ,and it show me the error. I can't even get to the cmd prompt. I have tried two boot recovery disk andthey never work

See if this works:

 

Make a bootable W11 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

After you boot from the installation media and proceed, you will come to a screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows?'

 

At that point, you will probably receive a message that Windows cannot find any drives to install on.

 

Windows needs the Intel storage controller drivers loaded so that Windows can find the drive.

 

I zipped up and attached those storage controller files below.

 

The attached file is good for both W10 & W11.

 

Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.

 

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

 

Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.

 

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

 

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

 

Click Next, and W11 should install.

it didn't work.I ran the diagonise test for my usb ports and they both failured. so i guess i cannot use then. Thank you so much for thw info.

It didn't work. I wanted to see if my usb port were working i ran the usb test and they both failed. So i guess that may be my problem. This pc only allow me to go to the  boot menu and test ,and i get to see the error . I cannot get into the cmd . it is telling methat i need winloader.efi it is missing but it won't install it . I don't know what to do now. I do want to Thank You for trying to fix this pc
