Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-d011wm (ENERGY STAR)

I have tried to put Windows 10 on my laptop many different times/ways and it keeps saying it can't. I don't know what else to do? Can someone please help me out?

please go to the below site and download windows 10 update assistance and run the application and follow the steps to upgrade to windows 10

I tried to download the update assistant and it tells me that my computer cant run it. it tells me to find a vertion for my laptop or check with the software publisher.
