HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-br077cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am attempting to re-install windows on my HP Pavilion x360 convertible laptop.    I cannot get to the bios with the f10 key or the combination of the esc and f10 key.

The computer currently boots up with "press <esc> to continue" and when you press escape it goes to some weird window where I have choices that looks like this:

What would you like to do?

Install provisioning package (install a provisioning package for work or school)

Windows autopilot provisioning (pre-provision the device with settings and app)

Reset device (which allows you to keep user accounts)

All of these are circle-messes and nothing gets me past it.

I want to get into the bios to setup boot to USB where I have recovery/install for Windows 10, but cannot get into the bios

HELP...... PLEASE
