Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am trying to update my windows 10 home version 1803. When I try to update it says "Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can upgrade the system BIOS".

 

Please help me to update the OS to the next version since it is stopping me from using other software applications.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Your current version reached the end of servicing on November 12, 2019. Therefore, I would suggest performing a clean install of Windows 10 Home 22H2.

If you do not want to re-install your installed apps, try to upgrade it manually via Windows 10 update assistant:

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
