HP Notebook - 14-bs153od
Microsoft Windows 11

This computer has been slow since Day 1.
I have loaded \Windows 11 in the hopes that it would get faster, but NO.
I have reloaded several times and after a few days its slow again.

I ran diagnostics, which said the hard drive has errors.
Now I cannot even load it from the start button.

Which one are you talking about 15-dw1081wm or HP Notebook - 14-bs153od ? The specs of the 15-dw1081wm is

            https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06915471

It has slow processor (CPU), slow HDD (500 GB 5400 rpm SATA HDD) and only 4GB of RAM. It is a slow machine. To make it a bit faster, you can

   (a) Add more RAM to it using compatible RAM such as 2 pieces of  https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct19377222 to make total 16GB

   (b) Replace existing 5400RPM ADD with a faster drive such as 1T or 2TB of  https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/sata-ssd/870-evo-250gb-sata-3-2-5-ssd-mz-77e250bw/

Regards.
