If this is used, this is likely a BitLocker issue and if that is the case, there is NOTHING you can do -- because you need the BitLocker key from the original owner to unlock it, and they probably did not export it to have it to give to you. If you can return it, you should. It is generally a BAD idea to buy a used laptop.
