Product: HP Stream - 14-ds0035nr

I can not log into the laptop anymore. It give error code 80070070. Tried reseting the microsoft password and the laptop says "use last password used on laptop" but I do not know what it was. I usually only ever use the pin, but when I use the pin it says "Credentials could not be verified. Something went wrong and your pin isn't available (status: 0xc000006d substatus 0070070."

 

After trying to reset pin it says "User profile service failed the sign in. User profile can not be loaded."

 

I have tried resetting to factor settings. Nothing has worked. What do I do?
