My computer crashed and started restarting. I tried to troubleshoot it several times. I have reset it with files and a factory reset. Neither worked and I kept getting an error message that would restart the computer and start it over again. I contacted windows support and they weren't able to help. My laptop was purchased from a store 5 months ago but it says my manufacturer warranty is expired, no sure how. I have tried to start it in safe mode several times and it keeps going to a connect to network and install driver. It won't show any networks to connect to. I connected my phone to the laptop and it won't connect that way either. Not sure what else I can do. Please, help me recover my computer so it can be used again.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
If it came with Windows from HP, it is probably supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
