Something is wrong with my old OEM key, I'm trying to activate it but it's not working at all, I always receiving message saying "0xc004f050 error code". I tried some methods but still not working.

Did you change something such as Motherboard ? For new motherboard, you can NOT use your old Product key, you have to buy a new key from Microsoft.
Otherwise, please use the following Guide
Windows 10 activation error 0xC004F050
(Same for Windows 11)
Regards.

You don't need to activate Windows, machine will activate itself when you go online
