Everytimes when I am trying to help my friend to reset for factory (delete everything and restart the windows). It’s reporting this error.
I got a photo but I don’t know how I can post here.

“C:\users\catherine\appdata\L...\AAA_Systemsettings_misc_resetyourpc.settingcontent-ms

The remove procedure call failed.”

I’ve tried everything in the others posts, about do a procedure on the CMD, to confirm on the local_machine, I don’t know what to do anymore.

Btw the computer user it’s not Catherine.

Please, how can I fix this?

It’s original windows what came with the laptop, so I don’t have I can’t reinstall windows by the boot.

Thank you guys!
