HP stream 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Hp Stream 14 has been acting weird overheating crashing and such but my antivirus says there is no virus. A friend told me that some viruses can hide and that I should factory reset it. My problem is every time I try it says it needs more space to continue but won’t let me delete anything. I’ve tried every way I could find on google to try and reset it but it just won’t work. If anyone could help me out I’d really appreciate it.

Hi:

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.
