So there was a booting problem, it just loaded and doesn't progress for hours, we reset but still doesn't work, it activated the automatic repairs but that didn't do anything so i tried solutions here but they also didn't work, then I found out it was a hardware problem to which I needed to replace the SSD since it's dead. and so I got a new SSD to install and I'm trying to install Win 11, but the BIOS isn't recognizing the new SSD just the USB stick (system information doesn't show storage but I've run diagnostics and storage test works just fine). Then after research it may be the coz the BIOS is outdated. So I went to search my laptop and I can't even see any drivers to update BIOS. How do I deal with this? Where's all the drivers for 15t-dy200?

You can find all of the drivers for your notebook at the link below:

Works fine for me...
The problem must be on your end.
It is recommended to use Microsoft Edge for the HP support site.
Here's the direct link to the BIOS download webpage and if that still doesn't work, below that link is the direct link to the info and exe files for the F.39 BIOS update.

Note that you cannot go back to an earlier version of the BIOS after you install this update.

well that worked thank you, so another problem, I've updated the BIOS but it still isn't detecting the new ssd for some reason. I've tried looking up list disk but it only showed 1 disk which is the usb but not the ssd, is that a software problem or hardware problem? coz I just tested the ssd works fine on my other laptop

You're very welcome.
Is this happening when you go to install Windows, that it can't find a drive to install on?
If so, that is because you have to install the Intel storage controller drivers at the point where Windows can't find the drive.
I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers your PC needs below for Windows to find the drive.
Unzip and copy all of the files in the folder in the attachment to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
If Windows still can't find the drive, uncheck the box to include the compatible driver and try any of the ones listed.
Click Next, and Windows should install.
