Hi:

The W10 OEM product key should be encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.

Download, install and run the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it should show you the OEM product key and the version of Windows the key is good for.

You should be able to activate Windows with the OEM product key.

If the report shows the OEM product key in the BIOS and the version of W10 the key is good for, then you should be able to use it to activate the installation.  Make sure the version of Windows you have installed matches the version the key is good for (Windows Home for Home product key for example).

The key can be used over and over again for as many times as you need to reinstall Windows.

The report should provide two lines for product keys--an installed key and an OEM key.

If the installed key is different from the OEM key, change the installed key to the OEM key in the PC settings menu and you should be able to activate Windows.

If the report does not show an OEM product key, then somehow the key was erased in the BIOS and there would be nothing you could do to fix it.

I suggest you contact Microsoft for further assistance with activation issues.
