I can’t get in my notebook it’s asking me to enter administrator password and I don’t remember

I can’t get into my notebook keeps telling me to enter administrator password and I don’t have one and after the third try it locks and gives me a code number

I understand you are in need of support, 
As it's an Admin password related issue You would have to talk to our Support Engineers in order to get the password reset disk. I would request you to contact our Phone Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.

 

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed
