I have HP laptop, I have no idea the serial numbers.   when I turn the computer on it would go to my home screen but would just circle and will not let me click on anything.  All the icons are gone and nothing is on my tool bar to select.  It has been months since I was able to get on .  Today i tried again and got a Recovery Managers page.

This nearly always means the primary drive has failed, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
