You need to install the Intel storage controller driver at the screen where Windows can't find any drives.

 

Load the storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below at the screen where Windows can't find the drive.

 

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible drivers, or you can leave the box unchecked and try all of them until you find the one that works.
