So i signed in to the hp support assistant yesterday and i saw had a bios update so i clicked download and install and it did the bios update. And now when it boots up it says 'We can't sign in to your account'. I click sign out, put my password and same thing thing keeps popping up. This cycle has been repeating for a while and i have no idea what to do. Whatever files i create in this temp user profile will be deleted so i dont what to do. Please help i am locked out of my own account and all my data is in that account.
