Hello,  I have set up a new laptop (Omnibook 5 flip) for my 12 year old child which we can't open (the second time turning it on) as the sign in is going round and round in a parental consent loop. At the sign in prompt she enters her password, which then sends a code to her phone. On entering that it says she needs parental consent. So I enter my email, which then a code is sent to which I enter. It then asks for it all again, sometimes a code doesn't arrive so I've tried using my password.  The prompt then returns to parental consent needed. And this happens when I try to log in to my Microsoft account from another device. It's so frustrating and I am at a loss of what to do. I hope someone can help.
